At Hirondelle Bike Shop, we want you to ride with confidence. If your gear or components aren't the perfect fit, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items and all original tags in the shipping box, ensuring delicate bike components are properly padded.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at a designated carrier.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 3 to 5 business days.
